1. Appointments & Cancellations

• A $50 fee will be charged for late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) or no-shows.

• All clients must arrive on time. A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed before the appointment is marked as a no-show.

• Late arrivals may result in rescheduling and the $50 fee will apply.

2. Good Faith Exam (GFE) Requirement

• For all aesthetic injectable services, every client must complete a Good Faith Exam (GFE) conducted by a licensed medical doctor.

• This exam is required for your safety and ensures you are medically cleared for treatment.

• The Beauty Blend Blvd follows strict protocols to stand apart from other practices by prioritizing health and safety.

3. Payment Methods

• Accepted payment methods include Zelle and Cash App.

• Full payment is due at the time of service.

• All sales are final. No refunds once a service has been performed.

4. Age Requirement

• You must be 18 years or older to receive aesthetic injectable or tattoo services.

• Valid ID may be requested at the time of service.

5. Health Conditions & Disclosure

• You must disclose all relevant medical history during your consultation. This includes allergies, medications, skin conditions, or previous procedures.

• The Beauty Blend Blvd is not liable for adverse reactions due to withheld medical information.

6. Results Disclaimer

• Results vary from person to person depending on age, skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.

• No guarantees are made regarding treatment outcomes.

7. Photography & Social Media

• With your consent, photos may be taken before and after treatments for documentation and potential marketing purposes.

• All content will be used respectfully and professionally.
